Zuerst musst Du den Sirup durch ein Geschirrtuch filtern.
Den gefilterten Sirup lässt Du in einen Kochtopf tropfen.
Nachdem aller Sirup sich im Kochtopf befindet, sollte man diesen nochmals aufkochen.
Danach kann er warm/heiss in Flaschen abgefüllt werden.
Zur Zeit gibt es schöne Likörflaschen oder Sirupflaschen zu kaufen. Diese haben einen luftdichten Deckel.
Den Sirup kühl lagern.

First you have to filter the sirup trough a teatowel into a pot.
After that you should boil the sirup once again.
Then you can fill the warm/hot sirup into bottles.
At the moment some shops have nice liquoerbottles or sirupbottles with airtight caps.
Store the sirup in the fridge.

Ein leckerer alkoholfreier Cocktail:

Ein großes Saftglas wird mit einem Schuss Sirup befüllt, so dass der Boden bedeckt ist.
Hinzugegeben wird Mineralwasser und frische Minze.
Schmeckt am besten mit Eiswürfeln.
Mit einem Schuss Sekt wird der Cocktail zu einem Hugos.

A nice Summercocktail without alcohol:

Put some sirup in a big juiceglass so that the bottom is covered.
Then add some sparkling mineralwater and some leafs of fresh mint.
Taste the best with icecubes.
With a shot of champagne it’ll get a Hugos
